Do we have to give you our contact list?
No. Your supporter data stays with your organization. You send the message through the channels you already use, and we never receive your list.
Does a supporter have to buy anything for us to earn a donation?
No. The appointment donation is earned when an eligible in-home visit is completed. What the homeowner decides to do after that is their call.
What counts as an eligible appointment?
Eligible appointments are in-home plumbing or sewer visits scheduled through your organization's link. Our partnerships team confirms the exact list with you before your first message goes out.
How do you know an appointment came from us?
Your organization gets its own tagged link. Anyone who schedules through it is credited to you automatically, so nobody has to remember to mention your name.
What is in the monthly report?
Monthly counts of completed appointments by date and ZIP code, and the donation they earned. Reporting never includes customer names.
Is the donation tax deductible?
We are a plumbing company, not a tax advisor, so we do not give guidance on how a donation should be treated. Your organization should check with its own accountant or tax advisor.
